Remember that your health is the most important thing to you. You have to work at it, giving yourself time in your busy day to take care of you. It’s important to get plenty of exercise, eat well & in moderation, and get as much rest as you can. These basics may seem simple, but it’s amazing how much we compromise these essentials when it seems there are too many other things that take priority.
This is especially important in these times of COVID-19. While the gym may currently be closed, we ask you all to continue to make the time to stay fit and stay healthy. Have those walks outside, breathe the fresh air, take the time to take care of your health & wellbeing. And give some of our online classes a go!

Note: for safety and security reasons, please do not accompany existing members after hours using their access tag. Doing so will result in casual entry charges, and cancellation of that member’s access.
