Remember that your health is the most important thing to you. You have to work at it, giving yourself time in your busy day to take care of you. It’s important to get plenty of exercise, eat well & in moderation, and get as much rest as you can. These basics may seem simple, but it’s amazing how much we compromise these essentials when it seems there are too many other things that take priority.
To all of our members: we are so looking forward to helping each and every one of you on your way towards your ongoing training goals. Whether you’re a current member, you have yet to join TCA, or you are absolutely scared to step foot inside a gym, please do come and see us for a chat, or give us a call (07 868 8540) so that we can arrange a time to come and see you at your place. Note: for safety and security reasons, please do not accompany existing members after hours using their access tag. Doing so will result in casual entry charges, and cancellation of that member’s access.
