All classes are free for members, $10 for casuals

Mondays 9.15am: Lite Fit with Emma. No bookings required. Bring a towel and bottle of water. Wear enclosed workout shoes.

Wednesday 9.15am: Flow with Arna. No bookings required. Bring a towel and bottle of water. Bare feet are permitted.

Friday 9.15am: Spin Circuit with Arna (bookings are required at reception, as we have limited spots available). Bring a towel and bottle of water. Wear enclosed workout shoes.
